Mr. G. Jayakumar – Managing Director, Vandhanam Glitz
Born into a respected aristocratic family in Kerala, Mr. G. Jayakumar is a leader whose life journey beautifully blends corporate wisdom with spiritual insight.
An alumnus of NSS College, Cherthala and NSS Co-operative College, Kottayam, he began his career as a Medical Representative, quickly rising to the position of Area Manager. His passion for leadership and management led him to a successful 11-year international tenure as an Associate Manager in a multinational firm.
Upon returning to India, he served for over a decade as Deputy General Manager and Additional General Manager at the Santhigiri Ashram, where he oversaw diverse departments including:

Scientific Research
Arts & Culture
Quality Control
Even after retiring in 2016, his dedication continues — as he still serves as an Advisor to the Marketing Department of Santhigiri Ashram, Pothencode.

His wife Mrs. Jalaja is a retired Higher Secondary School Teacher.
Elder daughter Janani Remyaprabha Jnana Thapaswini , a sanyasin at Santhigiri Ashram, serves as the Vice Principal of Santhigiri Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad.
Younger daughter is a Siddha Doctor, married to Mr. M.P. Suvin, a Gulf-returned businessman managing Vandhanam Auto Services, Cherthala — a sister concern of Vandhanam Glitz.
Their child, Guru Savidh, is the youngest light of their family.
